We had a 2 night b&b break here as we travelled around the West country. At first we were given a lovely small room but before we'd unpacked, Rick the owner gave us the option of a bigger room which we accepted. It was decorated as I would have done it myself. Lovely and cosy too. Nice bench around the window to look out at the nearby hillside and fields. We decided to eat here both nights, quite a small selection but it was tasty and home cooked. The breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely brilliant time at The Barkhouse. Rickie Gina & her mum Barbara made us feel right at home. We would definately come again.

First lunch here and our hosts made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to the Barkhouse Team!
