Fabulous little shop that sell things you don’t even know you need! I’m always surprised by the variety of mini departments in this rabbit warren of a shop. Staff have always been obliging and directed me to the right area. Prices are fabulous and the quality is great, I especially love their variety of knitting wool and haberdashery, less than half the price of their competitors up the road! The only down side is that the shop is always freezing, I’d stay longer if it was warmer but it’s a blessing in the summer
I was in bargains today with my daughter, having a look round. The man who works in the shop followed us around the shop looking at us dissaprovingly as I picked up a lunch box to show my daughter. He then continued to follow us around the shop, We were looking at a stall at the back of the shop and my daughter sat on it to see if it would be the right height for her dressing table and he shouted at us " are you going to buy that?" When i asked what he meant as i couldn't understand why he was shouting at us he told my daughter to get off the stall she is 10 years old and was sat nicely testing it for height with myself supervising next to her. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and will never be returning to bargains again! I have never been treated so disgustingly before. The Customer service of this man was non exsistence and poor !!
A fabulous little store that has absolutely everything you could possibly need for all your day to day household living needs, you name it & they will have it, all at unbelievable prices, plus with a friendly service at the till upon paying for your purchases.
Fantastic treasure hidden in plain site. I suggest you visit to see what I mean. Its so much bigger on the inside, TARDIS dimensions, full of everyday items that you did not realise you needed until you bought it. Best shop in shaftesbury for me.
Great as ever, can go a long way, then find Bargains has it right on your doorstep, and at the best price.
Great little shop got some great wool there, veery friendly staff always a pleasure to visit
Whatever you need, they have it! And it's cheap!! It's like Alladins Cave.. lovely staff too.
