Ordered a hamper for my grandparents who are in their 90's one month before Christmas. I paid over £12 for a specified delivery date of Saturday 23rd Dec. The hamper finally gets delivered on Thurs 28th Dec. All I have been offered is the delivery charge refund which is not a very large gesture for a repeat customer. Still to check what the dates on the food look like when they finally get the hamper!!

Use southern site entrance for hgv access. Office can be found in the middle building. Usually tipped/loaded very quickly. Lovely staff. Can get busy before and during the Xmas period.
