Poor service, only 2 counters, simply not enough, especially as Barclays have just closed the Batley branch. Paying a substantial amount of money into a major charities account, cashier made a real mess of it twice, I had to correct both her mistakes.

bad service long wait long que. staff took almost 10minutes with one customer. some of us are on a short break from work and hoping to get simple things paid in no time. yes the'r is a fast service machine in the bank.but some things are need to be done on counter it gets very frustrating when the staff is taking the'r time with one customer

Whenever I visit this bank there is always a long queue. Doesn't help with only 2 counters and with so much space. With millions/billions these banks make why don't they hire more staff rather than cutting down (batley branch has just recently closed too) Staff are friendly though.
