I wouldn't even give them one full star .I'm trying to give half a star,I've been using them for over TEN YEARS ,but last Friday that changed. I borrowed £25 on a phone or it in for one week went to get it out last Friday and the employee charged me £39 to get it out!!!! I put it back in the next day looked at my ticket and realised it should of ONLY been ;£34,it was closed by the time I realised this on Saturday they were closed so I went today (Monday) I told two members of staff of my problem and was told to call back to see the one who I felt with..... so I called back and told him "when I got my phone out you charged me £39 when it should of been £34" and SURPRISE SURPRISE guess what he said "no I didn't I only charged you £33??? I said no you didn't you took two £20 notes of me and gave me£1 change, no I didn't he kept saying!!!! Not been funny but I've got better things to do than LIE about a god dam FIVER,I'm disgusted with them. So when I get my phone back out I'll NEVER EVER BE USING THEM AGAIN,my whole family have bought from them,we'll no more. I'm not the only one who's had trouble with this certain employee everyone I know who goes there says the same thing. I mean I bought a Chrome Cast from them they charged me a TENA ,with no cable......DISGUSTING absolutely disgusting Oh and the crappy member of staff is called Ant.

Guy wanted to buy my bike Was very ignorant then he left it running outside when i turned it of he then got agresive and insisted he should allow staff members to drive around the town paths without insurance or helmet when i asked to hold a deposit incase he was seen by police and had my bike confiscated he then started frowning his arms around, shouting and spiting so i told him to forget the ordeal and i will put it back in the van he then told me to f my self . I then left him as he and staf members shouted abuse at me while pushed it away from the shop
