Very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately Barclays have decided to close the branch on a Thursday. Despite Malvern having a population of 75,000 they do not feel that the town deserves a full-time bank. I suspect that this is the start of a withdrawl of services in Malvern - fewer people using branch (as only open 4 days per week) therefore will reduce service and then eventually close branch (like Natwest have). Could I suggest that they remove the poster behind the counter that says 'working around you', because they certainly are not working around my needs.
