Helped me out a lot when I fell a victim of fraud. Also when I went in to sort it out there was an older gentleman who was a customer who could not get a lift home. The manager tried to call him a taxi but there was none available. In the end the manager send an employee to drive the gentleman home and send the employee home early for doing this. I felt this really showed a personal service and this branch will go the extra mile for its employees! Thank you Malvern Halifax!! Recommend to everyone! X
