Let me  down again.  Banked with them for 35 years and all I wanted was some ID documents certified, but they wouldn't do it, because the Mortgage wasn't with them. Even though they wouldn't let me have the mortgage themselves. Time to find a new Bank I think.
I've just made a complaint and I was told that they were wrong to deny me this service, which is obviously why they did it last time. Suky, the Manager, obviously hasn't got a clue what she's doing.

Staff are friendly enough but waiting times are awful. Generally 1 or 2 counter staff on at any given time, especially on a busy Monday morning. Have queued outside the bank and down the ramp on many occasion, wasting around an hour of my busy day just waiting to be seen. Not good and they really need to get this sorted as I have met a lot of angry customers.

Awful bank. Branch manager is rude and authoritarian. I closed my account after visiting this Branch. They are terrible.
