Medway Mortgage Shop

I rent a property through Medway Mortgage Shop and I have done so for many years now, I have always found them to be friendly ,approachable and very professional. Whenever I've got a problem its always dealt with very quickly. The shop has nice family feel to it, they always greet me by my name and I always look forward to seeing the dogs.

Audrey and Steve were fantastic in helping with our mortgage and insurance requirements, we felt at ease and comfortable and any jargon was explained at a level we could understand while also getting us a really really good deal.

Not the best rental agents .... On first visit to the shop to sign paperwork we were greeted with a lady spraying air freshener as she stated " oh the dogs just pooped in the back office". Lack of communication. Awful spelling on customer emails. Saturday staff saying " we don't know, we only work saturdays". Overall not impressed and would not use again or reccommend
