Very helpful staff especially the young blonde girl, shame that the older generation can't use the ATM or online banking for their banking needs They cause the queue's! Never queued to use the ATM inside the branch and never have to queue using the online app!!!

Really bad at leaving (what turn out to be marketing) messages saying 'contact us' & then not saying why - they did this on Saturday so we stressed all weekend, as we bank with them and we worried there was something wrong. Of course you can't actually call them back direct, and certainly not on a Saturday.

Very helpful staff once you get to the window, however, they do not seem to care about how long people have to queue in order to be served.
