Our second visit to this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was beautiful and the wine was great value for money. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn't realise but it's 2for1 on tapas Wednesday evenings . Bonus!
Awful! Could rate 0 if I can! Came there with my partner, was waiting for a waitress for 10 minutes, went to question them do we need to order at the bar after 10 minutes waitress came back not the best professional looking ordered bear and a cocktail no alcohol for a cocktail ordered another one no alcohol for it as well ordered food apparently calamari wasn't DEFROSTED on time right thing to say to your customer , drinks still not there, went to the bar asked if I will order 2 beer do I need to wait another 20 minutes before we enjoy it? ;Lovely owner came to us and said that we been rude with her staff - You wonder why??? After it they start yelling in front of other customers who was sat there, telling us that we have to go, this ''BARMAN'' Would question him - start being aggressive to my partner! Jesus - Not the best PR!!!! Disgusting! ;LACK OFF Attitude, manners, professionalism, lack of alcohol and food to make customers happy!!!!
Absolutely loved our meal here. We've tried every tapas restaurant in the Hull area and this has been the best. Definitely coming back.
Well, after a last minute recommendation, we ended up in Havana in the middle of the afternoon. Wow,! Top marks all round. Great service, the staff are brill, the setting is cosy and the food, you'll need to try it for yourself. 10/10
The food was really tasty. And the staff were helpful. I will be returning here again.
Brilliant atmosphere, staff are great always smiling and the cocktails are good.
