Went for Sunday lunch and really impressed. Service was outstanding, attentive friendly front of house staff who knew the menu. Food was one of the best Sunday lunches we've had for a long while, 2 filling courses, lot's of freshly cooked food and so much meat. Excellent. Will certainly be back.
We were visiting Hessle for the first time. Came in to Treehouse for coffee in the afternoon and as the menu looked good decided to eat here in the evening.nWe enjoyed options from Small Plate Menu with some really tasty vegetarian options.which we thought were excellent value. Lovely staff and great service. Loved the decor and surroundings. Would recommend.
Not impressed at all..food was obviously warmed up from day before..hard potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, veg wasn't cooked..Place was empty but offered a tiny table in window not big enough for 2 people had to talk waitress into letting us sit elsewhere. We was told it is sometimes good by staff when we told the truth about the food been bang average..never again
We went for lunch on a Thursday. 6 customers each order different dishes. We had cauliflower katsu curry - delicious. Prawn and crayfish linguine - well worth the money fill with plenty of seafood, rump steak balance with veg, treehouse burger - you can have two different meat patty - chicken and beef.nStaff were lovely and they recook a dish as it was lukewarm by the time we eat. Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely mocktails. It is expensive but food was worth it.nService was slightly slowly and it took a while to get attention when we wanted to reorder drink.
By far one of the best places in Hessle if you’re looking for somewhere for amazing food and drink. Friendly staff, fast service and mouth watering food. They have a range of cocktails and drinks too. I’m vegetarian and they have great options for me as well as a range of meat options. High recommend
