Treatment rooms were cold and some treatments felt rushed. Jacuzzi was on and off and lots of dirty floating foam/ dead skin. Stream room was nice. Pool was small and no supervision so people standing around and swimming in wrong lanes.plus a very happy couple was not shy showing how much they loved each other (get a room). Afternoon tea was disgusting hard scones, finger sandwiches had more crust than filling (2 flavours) coffee was yuk!
