Great all round gym. Primarily bodybuilding but has a belt squat, SSB bar, atlas stones, rings, a rig, plenty of racks, a track for sleds and all the machines and cardio you could wish for!

I like this gym, it reminds me of the muscle gym that used to be in Peckham. I would happily come here again.

Great gym wide range of kit and supliments available to purchase. Even at peak times its possible to complete your workout without having to wait for equipment. Huge site covering 2 floors. Massive dumbbell selection and plenty of machines for isolation exercises

Old style and very well equipped with hard-core weights and machines for those wanting to bulk up. It has a variety of protein shakes and healthy protein packed food to cater for the fitness fanatic. Very impressed with this gym and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

This gym is absolutely phenomenal. Paul, Jords, K, Sarah all makes me feel welcome. They treat you like ur apart of the gym community. Everyone is friendly, kind and serious about helping you achieve your goal. Paul will walk around and show you how to fix ur form if he sees you doing something wrong which is extremely helpful if your new to the gym.  I was originally doing a 3months membership before changing it to a lifetime 1 lol. I now bring 1 friend to the gym with me weekly and they do enjoy also.  You guys are the definition of Ab salute the best

Great place to workout, vari multiple machines & free weights, plenty of space too. Great atmosphere & welcoming staff

love this gym, I find the equipments the best In Thurrock  For me the only downside for me is people.  If you are there to train you will struggle unless you are mentally a strong and focused person. I think Management needs to clamp down on abusive and intimidating behaviour by members and staff  Other than that it’s a fantastic gym and would recommend it 100%

By far one of the best gyms about! Has everything! Strongman, Olympic, bodybuilding, classes, bags, cafe, PT and even a barbers professionally spit a saw dust if that is such a thing. You go there, you're inspired to work hard not check to see if the edge of the mirrors are clean like other gyms.

I’ve been a member in the past at Loads of gyms around that cost a fortune and I didn’t like them I been a member here for 2 years now and will never go anywhere else staff are friendly and helpful equipment fantastic music and arnie wall painting gets you right in the mood! Barber on site clean changing room great food you could live in here It’s not fancy Like David loyds fitness first pure gym etc but I find it better it’s made for working in and I prefer that
