Happy to finally see a local gym close to grays town centre! Staff are friendly and helpful too❤️

Started here recently for a place to train with a friend. I usually won't go anywhere alone, but I was really happy that the staff are happy to jump on and show you the basics/form.

There is also an area for yoga/sparring!
