Went here for birthday treat with my mum. we had 2 treatments each and afternoon tea. All was lovely. Great staff especially the Geordie in the restaurant. Have been twice this year so far! Both times great xxx

Beware of Gift Cards only being valid for 12 months! It's written somewhere deep in the small print of the website, but when purchasing nothing is mentioned and there's no expiry date on the card! So please, please use them! As I've essentially just given them £70 for nothing! It feels like a forced act of charity. 

Customer service is quick to reply, but also quick to shut down any suggestion of compensation or apology. Just a simple, robotic "we have honoured our side of the contract agreed at the point of sale and due to this we would not provide compensation in this case."

To be honest, I'd recommend steering clear entirely. Put your money into a smaller, independent spa. Support small business, rather than being scammed by the fat-cats. Oink oink, capitalism sucks xo

Lovely place to spend free time. Absolutely recommend but only to those who's got time at least 3 times a week because it's not that cheap. All brand new equipment for workout just name it and it's there. Pool has really nice temperature so it nice to be there even over an hour. Sauna is not that high as I would expect but steam room can take full credit and 5 stars. Only problem I have is with a showers which are disgusting mouldy place where is really poor hygiene.

Went as part of a wowcher deal. Spa treatments themselves were amazing and the staff clearly work very hard to make it a beautiful and relaxing place to be along with the relaxation room. 
However the rest of the spa was disappointing. The steam room wasn't working and the outside Jacuzzi was broken also. Walking around the front entrance in your dressing gown is a little odd but this seems to be normal across the bannatyne health clubs. 
Although I enjoyed the day I will not be going again.

I have enjoyed many spa days at various places, and it is literally a day.  I struggled to stretch this "day" to 3 hours.  Facial was ok, lady was rustling about with cotton wool bags etc so not very relaxing, not to mention the flannel was obviously tatty as she kept leaving bits of thread on my face.
Sauna very small.  however hot tubs were nice... when they decided to work.
Relaxation room was small but quite nice, shame half the heated beds were broken :(

however, it is a cheap deal, so you get what you pay for!
