I have been a patient of Sofia’s for over a year, when I slipped a disc. Since then she has diligently rehabbed me back to health. I am 62. She is always completely professional and ensures that she does a thorough diagnosis at the beginning of each session. The treatment is challenging but done with great care. She has always seen me when I have had the odd twinge and ensured that I have exercises that I can do at home. I see her regularly as a way of maintaining my physical health. I am indebted to her and can only recommend her to anyone who has osteopathic issues.
Absolutely recommend Sofia at Balanced Osteopathy! Sofia made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the consultation, to understand where the issue was. She was very quickly able to pin point the issue with my back, and start treatment in the same 60 min session. Sofia is clearly super knowledgeable and put my mind at ease that it was something that could be treated. A few days on from my treatment my pain has completely gone, following the exercises I have been doing at home. A massive thanks to Sofia!!

I have visceral osteopathy with Sofia and I highly recommend the session. Sofia is very kind, acknowledgeable and professional, she takes the time to listen to you which is super valuable. I've discovered visceral osteopathy for women health and it definitely has changed my day-to-day life!
I first saw Felix when I had really bad muscular back pain. I was expecting a 'quick fix and walk away' for it to probably happen again some time later. Felix's approach has transformed me. The 'fix' for the pain was one thing, but the greater thing is a set of exercises that have transformed my posture and strength. Being closer to 70 than I am 60, I had become used to 'getting old'. No more. There is something I can and am doing about it. I am noticeably stronger, my body-shape has changed and I have greater endurance. It's not a miracle. I have to do the exercises, properly and even on days when I really don't want to. But I can see and live the benefit. Felix has the right balance of enthusiasm and instruction. I'm not pushed too far out of my comfort zone, and I know that outside of being comfortable & inert in a sofa, this is where I need to be.
10/10 would recommend you see Felix here. His complex knowledge of musculoskeletal issues combined with his experience in massage technique and adjustments is genuinely, really good. Felix always has a knack for finding those knots that you didn't even know you had and getting rid! His ability to explain things in layman's terms also makes things educational, which has helped me take steps in my day-to-day to improve my strength and feel better. I always walk out feeling lighter and more aligned. Highly recommended for anyone looking to turn their wellness game up!
This is the best osteopathy practice in London. Emilie has had an immense positive impact not only on my body but also on my general wellbeing and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Sofia is also great!
I have been seeing Sofia and have seen Rebecca in the past too. Both are very knowledgeable and have helped to resolve my injuries or sore muscles. I always get the feeling they genuinely care and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Felix is an excellent Osteopath of which I have been a regular patient of for many years for mainly back and neck related issues. Felix has wealth of experience and this was evidence whilst treating me. He has created a calm and relaxing treatment environment for all. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate and what he does and continues to assist me on my road to recovery. I cannot recommend Felix highly enough.
