Really recommend Balance Box. All the food is delivered straight to me and all I need to do is pop it in the fridge. The meals are always fresh, healthy and tasty - you can tell the ingredients are top quality. The customer service team is so helpful.
I'm really impressed with the great service quality of Balance Box. While it may not be quite cheap, the food is fantastic. It's so convenient to have this food ready in the fridge during the day. Thank you!
The delivery service needs much thought and improvement. Why delivering between 10pm-6am, when people are sleeping? Waking up in the middle of the night so to have your breakfast?
Love the food. I just wish they didn't package EVERYTHING in plastic! I feel like I'm being good to my body and horrible to the environment.
Have been subscribed to Balance Box for 6 months now and I LOVE IT. I look forward to delivery day every week and the meals never fail to be new and exciting. Yet to try a dish I don't love.
