I had been using this service for a while, it was OK but I stayed loyal as it was the only service I could find prenatal food service. I’m sorry they had to close the business but the problem is I gave my order on the 23rd of May and they did follow-up for payment&delivery times, etc. then the next day I got an e-mail saying they’re closing and won’t be able to give refunds after charging me more than 1700£ just a day before for a service that they knew they were not able to fulfil. If that was my first order, I would have thought it was just a fraud company but I knew they weren’t. But, still, it wasn’t cool or professional to take the order/payment without any notice and close the company the next day and vanish. Obviously, it didn’t happen overnight, in the e-mail they mentioned they’ve been suffering since the pandemic but they took advantage of the last payments of the customers who do not know the situation without hesitation. Thanks for the service you provided but it didn’t end well.
Their vegan meal programme was very disappointing and for the money you pay, it's very frustrating. I can take al dente but a pasta dish was outright inedible and had to be binned. Be warned before you spend your money or if you're keen, start with a shorter programme at least.
Terrible service especially if you have food allergies. Meals are incredibly bland and unimaginative- I received mostly boiled chicken as a protein with one red meat dish a week. I had to add my own seasoning to make the meals edible. They are only able to accomodate up to three items as dislikes or allergies so impossible for me to list my allergies, meaning a lot of food went to waste. Snacks are not worth it- usually a piece of fruit and some nuts. This service works for people who want to lose weight from a loss of apetitite.
Very pleased! Have used their service for 1 year! Helps me stick to my goals and having fresh meals delivered daily to my footstep is a luxury !!
Delicious and healthy food. So convenient and I saw notable weight loss results within my first 10 days!
Love it! The only organic option on the market, and the meals are nice and big for once! :
