A really "out-of-town" shopping experience! Situated in the countryside near the very end of the M50 motorway, about a mile and a half from Ross on Wye. The building is modern and well presented with almost all the well known High Street clothing labels represented. There's a coffee shop / restaurant on the first floor and, on the day we went, a charming man playing well known songs and melodies non-stop on a grand piano, all without music! He was worth visiting the premises for on his own! I have only docked a star because it's quite a long way from our home!

I have just spent a pleasant day at Labels starting off with a delicious freshly cooked breakfast followed by a gentle mooch around the store with its variety of fashion outlets. All the time we were entertained by a gentleman playing a beautiful grand piano, which created a very relaxing atmosphere which I am sure encouraged us to stay longer. A great way to spend a grey, damp day

Some staff are absolutely brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Some seem a bit sullen. Overall we found it a rewarding shopping experience.

Extremely unpleasant and unfriendly staff. At one point I had two women staring at me and following me around the shop like I was going to steal something and when I looked at them back, they carried on staring. They were intimidating, made no attempt to ask me if I needed any help and made my shopping experience really just awful. So, needless to say, I will NOT be returning and I do not recommend a visit to anyone. (Unless they change their staff.)

Great for shopping. Brilliant breakfast. Sausages are worthy of an accolade. Gluten free catered for. Skopes for men's clothes very good and reasonable price. I got matching waistcoat and trousers for 28 pounds in the January sale. Enough room in car park.
