I had the pleasure of speaking to Phoenix when calling to discuss a potential operation. After experiencing other local private hospitals and feeling like I was always on hold or being transferred to lines that were never answered, speaking to Phoenix was like a dream! They were helpful and informative, and have really helped to focus my mind on my next steps, and even called me back the same day with details about the cost and consultant information. Thoroughly recommended - Thank you to the brilliant team there.
Visited for a wellman check up. Can't recommend them enough. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Dr Graham was spot on. Easy going and makes you feel relaxed and welcome straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

I stayed at the Phoenix hospital 3 weeks ago and would definitely recommend it! The facilities are lovely. Every single person I came into contact with was polite, kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. The nursing staff were absolutely amazing!!

I had my rhinoplasty here, and everything went incredibly well and already I’m seeing great results! I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at any point to have the surgery done, and everyone that I met were incredibly welcoming and really professional. I received great care on the day of my surgery! I would have liked some more information about aftercare, such as the best way to clean the nose and any optional products to use to help healing, as it would’ve just made everything come together.
The staff were helpful and very polite. The dermatologist was really friendly, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me giving me lots of information . Great experience!
Amazing! I decided to have my surgery at Baddow Hospital after several recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked into Baddow Hospital for my first consultation I could not have been treated in a friendlier and more welcoming manor. The hospital is ultra-modern, contemporary and spotlessly clean. Every single member of staff I met was engaging, compassionate and incredibly considerate this helped put me at ease before, during and after my procedure. My surgeon was faultless, explaining my surgery fully, answering all questions in depth and making me feel completely at ease. All said my experience at Baddow Hospital was outstanding. They offer the highest levels of excellence and the best health care combined with the latest procedures. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough and I would not now consider any other hospital for future procedures.
From the moment I stepped into the Phoenix I was well cared for. All the staff and Nurses were very caring and professional. I cannot recommend this hospital enough!
I Had a breast augmentation here last week. Mr Georgio provided straight talking pre assessments which I liked and he made me feel very confident he would do a great job. I received the best care from clinical staff on the day . Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for looking after me so well. You made it a very positive experience. Very please with surgery.
