I have used the on line "Doctor Assist" and found it easy - for blood pressure check and they were pleased with the results! Saves going into the clinic Michael Haskell.
Not a pleasant visit, challenged very aggressively by the receptionist about my exemption from wearing a face mask due to health issues. I was then told that I was the one being rude by her when I mentioned that staff next to her and her daughter who kept popping in and out of one of the consultation rooms were not wearing masks? I was spoken to respectfully by her colleague thank you who asked me to wait outside the building until called in for my appointment.
From the initial booking the appointment to the treatment, very professional and great greeting when I arrived and fantastic service throughout.
Really impressed with the service we received. Staff were pleasant , it was a reasonable cost and the process was speedy. Would recommend.
Was really happy to get an appointment very easily when unable to get an appointment at my own GP surgery. Also able to get treatment for my sons verruca which is one of the only things that has worked on it
Didn’t wait very long. Nurse very good. Will be going back and recommend
Had a great experience with a home visit. The nurse was really good and now I can hear.
