The Pilates classes and also one to one Pilates are fantastic. I have suffered with my back and joints for many years and found any form of exercise caused me more pain. I had surgery on my back nearly 12 months ago and Annie has really helped me with my recovery. She ensures we are doing the exercises correctly and genuinely cares about her clients and their health issues. Thank you for everything Annie, you have helped me become stronger and I would highly recommend your Pilates classes.

Brilliant classes which are run by Annie. She is a great teacher and really ensures you are doing everything correctly. Plenty of variety in the classes too, from the mat work to working with resistant bands, foam rollers, balls and Pilates rings, I’ve been going for a year now and have never done the same class.

I became familiar with Mac Physio and Pilates after undertaking work experience there, and was impressed by the refreshing approach to Physiotherapy which I experienced, compared to observations within the NHS. Martin treats every client as an individual, taking the time to understand their character and personal goals in order to treat them most effectively, and is open-minded, utilising a range of different strategies as appropriate. He is calm and approachable, but also clearly very knowledgeable and professional. I hope to emulate his practises in my own Physiotherapy career, and this will definitely be my first choice of clinic if I have need of Physio treatment myself in the future!
