I popped in here with my son for a bite to eat and a cold drink, we both instantly loved the vibe, the ska music and the friendly smiles from behind the counter.nThe cafe was in fact about to close up but they were more than welcoming, allowing us to come inside and eat without rushing.nWe ordered a ham sandwich and an egg baguette which absolutely hit the spot and we can't wait to find ourselves in the area again to say hello!nThank you for your hospitality and a lovely afternoon!
Clean and friendly with on street parking and a few outside tables.nnCoffee was good. Out of sausages today and was hoping for an English breakfast. Opted for a poached egg and avocado. A bit undercooked and have had better elsewhere. Selection of jacket potatoes and paninis available after 1130.
7 of us turned up after a weekend camping for a Sunday breakfast, superb service from the 2 guys working there, with pancakes to die for and a great full English breakfast experience, coffee's were hot and full of flavour, will return!
We were on our way up the M40 and after the usual 'anywhere but a service station' research we found this place and it looked like a great place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat.nnOnly 2 minutes from the motorway. A place to park. A great welcome. Lovely place. Great coffee. Great toastie.
Tables are too close together. Food wasn't amazing as stated by previous customers. The sausages were not nice, the plate was too small so all the food was cramped onto it. Wouldn't swap black pudding for an extra piece of bacon. Only stopped because it was local to my work. I'll bring a sandwich next time.
