Great experience.  Went the extra mile in finding all of my sized shirts and suits in time for my wedding which I admittedly left too late.  Staff made me feel relaxed and reassured me that I would have myself and groomsmen in matching outfits on our perfect day.

Never had a bad word to say about Lewins.  Competitively priced and clothes that last for years.

I just popped in after work looking for a suit for a party I have coming up and still in my work boots and they explicitly told me that that cater for business and when I asked after the more casual jackets he told me that is business casual. So I left.

I have been in there couple of times to buy some shirts and the the staff are Just too arrogant and racist leaving me and my family unattended on our own, even when I called for help we were ignored and the three staff walked away to the back office and I tried to complain the younger staff tried to even get into an argument with us also ready to fight with me. They wonder why TM Lewin is loosing huge sales. They need to do a proper review particularly on TMLewin Lakeside thurock.

I visited the lakeside tm lewin store today to buy shirts for work. The service I received was appalling. I was trying on a white double cuff shirt, I came outside the fitting room and walked over to the mirror on the shopfloor to show my partner and to see the shirt better in the light. At that point a member of staff asked me loudly in the middle of the shopfloor 'are you going to buy that shirt?'. As if I was just there to waste his time. It was the worst customer service I have received.  I've worked for luxury suit brands my self so to recieve a comment like this is disgusting. The member of staff in question is a bald elderly male. The store was not busy, so there was literally no reason for his attitude.
