Visited Howdens today to finalise our new kitchen. What a great team there. The person who assisted us could not have been more helpful showing us everything we needed to see and explaining the features of the various items. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace there kitchen.
Shocking aftersales services don't touch with bargepole. Still trying to get the damage to my kitchen sorted after their contracted washing machine engineer came out and damaged things. Have taken this up with their complaints service and hope they take notice before I take this to court UPDATE : They think that a letter on plain A4 paper saying they've looked into it and I need to go back to the Engineers for them to sort out is going to stop me taking Howdens to Court lol! Never have a seen such a poor aftersales service. The letter doesn't even have Howdens headings on it!
Nikita came to our house and measured up for a new kitchen, she sent plans and prices. We visited today and spoke to her again, so professional and friendly giving fantastic advice. We will be back soon to order our kitchen.
The salesman was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. He assisted in us making a well informed decision about the internal doors we wanted.
Great place staff friendly. Helped sort out & design my kitchen . Great price very helpful & would definitely use again. Designer nikita dougal is amazing she is a credit to the company
Always a good service at great Yarmouth. Louise and Anna Marie always go out of their way to help and the lads in the warehouse are brilliant.
