I went in this evening Wednesday 17/7 to buy a hosepipe. The staff member Ollie was fantastic and helpful, as was the chap at the till. Very impressed!

The staff member on the paint counter was unbelievably rude to me today.nI was directed there by a staff member who was standing by the door, chatting to another staff member but rather than listen and help they were dismissive and rude. I left feeling angry and annoyed with B&Q in Taunton.
