Absolutely awful! Terribly cold in there!! Stale bread with my chicken burger which was tough as old boots and chips stuck together! Never eating there again!
So I've pretty much been living in this place since I bought my little cottage. Have bought so many things from decorative things, DIY stuff, dining, and lighting etc.. the list goes on. The one thing which is noticeable is the customer service, the staff are all lovely and always helpful.
The manager was unwilling to accept a return of a couple of unopened rolls of weed control fabric and artificial grass because it was 3 days past last return date.nWe used to visit and buy from the Range often but not anymore.nIf you've read this, feel free to suggest alternative places and think about the bad customer support of the Range.
First time visiting the store in Taunton,nIt was unclean and untidy. Slip and trip hazards in a lot of places. Staff using profanities on the shop floor. Either incorrect price tickets or no tickets at all. Item priced at 14.99 on the shop floor came up as 19.99 at the checkout. The gentleman on the tills told us the discounted price ended in February - 3 months ago!! yet still was instructed through his headset not to honour the displayed ticket price. As a member of management in retail myself, I would be embarrassed to be running this shop. Would not recommend at all.
We go here regularly. Always clean and tidy. Great store for random bits and bobs. Only downside is that some items you pick up are marked or damaged.
