I visited with my mother as she wanted to buy some gravel for the garden. The shop was conveniently located on the Abbey Retail Park in Redditch. We had to walk through the food section to find what we were looking for and I have to admit that we were tempted by the offers that were on display. We picked up the gravel which we felt matched most closely to the gravel that was already in our garden. This was on offer at 3 bags for £17. The staff were friendly and helpful at checkout. All in all this was a great shopping experience.
The store was good, got what I needed. My issue was the group of employees outside the entrance smoking when we arrived. Obviously making comments that I had parked in a disabled bay, because I had my terminally ill 4 year old niece with me who has a blue badge. Firstly it looks terrible having a group of employees in uniform out front smoking, secondly and more importantly they have absolutely no business passing comment about disabilities or lack of. I clearly had a disabled badge on the dashboard. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed at this store. I will not be returning to the redditch branch and seriously considering putting a complaint in regarding the treatment. Avoid this store unless you want to encounter a bunch of judgy middle aged women with nothing better to do than make nasty comments.
The staff at Redditch B&M are absolutely amazing. Elaine especially was brilliant, we went in for a garden chair which they didn’t have on the shop floor and Elaine went out of her way to chase my partner down the shop isle to say they may have one in the unit. The main store manager wasn’t at work at the time but he came down to the shop to open the unit so we could get the chair out of his own time! I am so overwhelmed at how above and beyond they went for us! Elaine deserves a pay rise, she was absolutely lovely! Fantastic customer service, Thankyou soo much
Brilliant Shop. Air Con is terrible. In summer its far too hot, feel for the staff :-/ Great Shop, super big, Garden centre is an absolute bonus! Shelves and store cleanliness is top notch. Staff are pretty mint. Parking is easy! No complaints!
B and m superstore good place to come for everyday essentials and the place is nice and big with a garden centre. Stock is good and has plenty on the shelves Only down side is some stuff is sometimes thrown back on the shelves and can be damaged
