I visited B and M today.nIve recently had an operation and one particular member of staff Julian went way and above to help me. He loaded my shopping onto the checkout, then took it out and put it into my car. Nothing was too much trouble. Im usually independant so to have that help was very much appreciated.Thank you
Brilliant Shop. Air Con is terrible. In summer its far too hot, feel for the staff :-/ Great Shop, super big, Garden centre is an absolute bonus! Shelves and store cleanliness is top notch. Staff are pretty mint. Parking is easy! No complaints!
I love this B&M, they are consistent with the layout and where the items are placed. Very good garden centre. Friendly staff always willing to help and keeps the shop neat ant tidy.
I have never met such an unhelpful and sullen person at the till.nI asked a query about a product size, he said I don't know, I asked if he could ask someone to find out, he asked the women on the next till and she also said she didn't know He is definitely in need of customer service training.nOn the plus side parking is free
B and m superstore good place to come for everyday essentials and the place is nice and big with a garden centre. Stock is good and has plenty on the shelves Only down side is some stuff is sometimes thrown back on the shelves and can be damaged
