The lady who does the actual sight tests here is just the loveliest person ever. Everytime I go she is so friendly and treats you as an individual not a customer
Quite possibly the finest opticians in the country. Made aware that my sight test was due at the point at which no sight tests were available. Every single pair of glasses I have purchased from here have broken within the first two weeks because they are badly fitted either the lenses falling out or the arms falling off. Generally peddling utter junk with a miserable attitude and absolutely no concept of customer service. Glasses are seen as a purely luxury item by this high end luxury optician and should you just need a pair of glasses to see you might think of going elsewhere. In all other aspects not including sight tests, purchasing a pair of glasses, fitting of a pair of glasses, glasses functioning beyond ten days they shine above the competition in every way and I highly recommend.
I bought a pair of designer sunglasses from here last month. I'm really happy with the quality and the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice store and layout
