Great, friendly customer service at fair price. I needed a service and MOT. MOT failed on a couple of points. All sorted by the end of the day with no fuss. Spot on!
Had to travel from Wales to Birmingham to have car serviced now use here as staff are so friendly and helpful and we have trust in them. We are lifelong customers now!
Not very impressed at all, my friend recommended I go here for tyres ,needed 4 ,so we called by and some very large blonde rude women who stank the office out, sat chewing gum looking like a drag queen, couldnt even be bothered to ask the mechanic or bother looking for the tyre size,very rude lazy woman . , we wont be back or recommend you to anyone ,absolutely disgusted, will take our money somewhere that appreciates it
Cheap tacky place, not very impressed at all , some big old bird on the desk with absolutely no manners , like everything was to much trouble , honestly save your money & go elsewhere to a decent mechanic, as these cowboys do not have a clue on how to change a gearbox or timing belt , completely messed up my brothers van then tried to back track and refused to fix *their mess * . Nigal pugh at the lion works newtown is highly recommended, lovely guy and only has the best working for him .
Friendly, helpful, guys who listen and will give you the best of what they have to what you looking and needing to ride around in!!
