Over the past few weeks I had been trying to find a particular brand of taps and had some bad experiences with companies who just could not be bothered. Fortunately I found Plumbline and I cannot recommend them enough, in particular Lauren, who made the whole purchasing experience very good, great communication and was willing to help me solve my problem ....... taps now received and all is well :

After an initial issue with stock my item was delivered perfectly and then I had an installation query which was dealt with by Lauren who was extremely helpful to which I’m extremely grateful and I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.

Excellent company and first class customer service.  Lauren Owen was extremely helpful and she ensured that an issue we had with one of the products we ordered was resolved straight away.  We would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Bought a Miller shaving mirror. Expensive but worth it. Top quality,well packed with top communication and delivery.

I needed to order a Steel bath quickly, it was not available on the usual site, found 'The Plumbline' through searching for the bath type I liked. Phoned up this morning, the bath was in stock, they helped source correct legs and waste unit and organised delivery for the next day! Amazing customer service thanks to Lauren, phoned me back twice and sent links to everything I needed, amazing!

Outstanding service, great products, fast delivery. Lauren Owen was very kind, answered all my queries and helped me getting the fastest delivery. Even after business she checked in to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended.

Plumbine is the place has a massive range of off the  shelf stock .High quality sanitary ware and tools and the staff are first class friendly helpful and know their stuff
