I would highly recommend this garage- great service and they went the extra mile to make sure that my BMW was properly fixed.

What a great service provided by the staff. Had our car for a week with a problem that BMW in town couldn't get to the bottom of but charged us £400 for the privilege. Andy and the guys finally identified it as a loose wheel and although they had spent a lot of time on it, they refused to charge us as there was no parts, mechanical problems. Great centre. Won't use anywhere else now.

Had a missfire problem with my 3 series which main dealer couldn't resolve . The car was in their garage several times and the only solution they offered was to replace all the injectors / coils /plugs at my cost ! 
Took the car to Andy and his team and they diagnosed fault in an hour , only 1 injector had failed . They replaced the injector and I had my car back on the day at a fraction of the cost BMW would have charged . Really impressed with the service from the garage and I will be taking my car here in future not main dealer.
