Fantastic service from A for Audi from the girl in reception to Andy for fixing the issues and a great service. Nothing was too much bother and even took the car out to check the noises had gone. Totally reliable and would highly recommend. Thanks everyone

A few years back I went in for a timing belt and water pump, A for Audi decided to a lovely free 'car check' AKA upselling. I was told that my car was unsafe for the road and would fail its next mot, it supposedly needed £2500-£3000 worth of repairs.nnOnce they did what I asked, the timing belt and water pump I was handed a flipbook of quote that appeared to be pulled out of their backside.nnFYI, that car ran for 3 years and I spent maybe £200 on repairs in that time, the car was also sold to a friend and continues to run fine.nnI advise you DECLINE any 'Free' car check.nnTiming belt and water pump job however was done swiftly and professionally.

I’ve not had my work done yet, but I just wanted to give 5 stars to the service I received when I was looking for advice about my Audi when the dealership wanted to charge me a fortune and kwik fit found other issues. Made my day!

Absolutely amazing customer servicenThe clutch on my Q3 packed in without warning and Veronica told me it would get looked at asap despite them being REALLY busy.I was able to limp the car to their premises early next morning and honestly expected it to be there for several days.I got a phone call later that morning with a brief diagnosis and very reasonable cost and I duly authorised the work.nI was absolutely gobsmacked when I got a phone call the next afternoon to say the car was fixed ! Andy had moved heaven and earth with his workshop scheduling and managed to get late shift staff to replace the clutch and flywheel which is a major job on ANY car.Amazing!nI’ve since been back for servicing and a timing belt replacement-another BIG job as it’s a diesel and was done the same day.nThey also replaced 2 springs a few months ago at very short notice and got fixed the same day too!!!nI’ve worked in the motor trade for over 44 years and been there,saw/done that but NEVER have witnessed such exemplary customer service and satisfaction as this garage.A 4 Audi, And 4 Life.
