Mot and service. Oil was low, front brake discs were on first set of pads but were replaced as "the machine said so" although told nearside caliper may need replacing which would explain a poorer braking result. Cat came out with a grinding noise which on investigation was a sticking caliper which was plain to see as I was present. Excuses and a bill for things I didn't need and the problem remained after the visit. I had expected the rear discs to need changing as they were badly scaled but to my surprise no it was the recently done front. No legible documents were supplied as the mot certificate was printed with little ink and no copy of braking report nor emissions as I'm used to getting.
