After calling the practice to make an appointment for my wife I was told we were taken off from NHS list and transferred to the private list without being informed previously. I was told that because we did not respond to the phone calls and recommendation of the practice to see a dentist every three months it was presumed that we did not need a dentist therefore was we were put on the private list again with no communication about this. I find this very unprofessional from the practice, the receptionist did not want to know and did not apologise - we definitely going to change practice if you don't have the money to see the dentist every three months then I would avoid this practice. we feel singled out because or financial situation hence we did not response to their phone calls. BUT you can make your own decision and might have different experience from us to tell.

Most staff are lovely and friendly apart from one dentist who hasn't been there for long. Iv lost two teeth from fillings that have not been fitted properly. Keep cancelling appointments. Not using this dentist again.

Rachel is an excellent and extremely gentle hygenist . I would definitely recommend her. In addition the reception staff are really friendly.
