I have never had a bad experience going here. The staff are all lovely too. Most recently I had two of my teeth that I thought were genuinely beyond saving, but they managed and I have hardly stopped smiling since because the dentist has done such a great job on them. I suffer with major anxiety but I’ve always felt at ease and reassured which has helped so much. So grateful!
I really did not like the attitude towards patients. It feels like they are trying to get rid of you as soon as possible in order to take as many patients as possible. And after dental fillings, no one explains what to do next, when I can eat, etc. Just “Bye” ! Even when paying full price not NHS. Very disappointed !
Due to the skill and kindness of this Dentist, I travel some distance for treatment. I was always nervous about attending a dentist but the staff are amazing. They help me to remain calm and in turn treatment is fine actually! I’m now happy to smile as I’m no longer conscious of my teeth. Thank you so much J and B Group, Harrowgate Hill
The staff are really friendly and make you feel at ease. I had my wisdom tooth taken out and I was completely dreading it but the hygentist, Zoe made me feel as though I can go back. My partner is also scared of the dentist but this lady makes him feel at ease enough to go back too!!
Just wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you for getting my tooth sorted in such a short notice. Had a brilliant interaction with Vicki from reception who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I got booked in ASAP since I am pregnant and was in a lot of pain. She is definitely an asset to the practice. Also want to say thank you to Dr McQuaid who made me feel comfortable and explained everything in depth. Very happy with my visit, definitely friendly and professional service, I would recommend!
Needed an emergency extraction, and they managed to fit me in same day as I called. I was seen by the wonderful Zoe, she is a fantastic dentist who explained everything in great care, and was very gentle, she has a wonderful personality that really put me at ease during the extraction. Many thanks to the entire practice and the wonderful service received.
We have just had our first visit to this dentist s as a family. Our Richmond dentist closed down and we were forced to travel further afield to find a new dentist. Harrowgate Hill dentist were incredible. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly . The dentist we saw was Andrew Nichols, he was professional, incredibly knowledgable and spent a lot of time working with the four of us. We had an amazing experience today and we would highly recommend this dentist practice as well as the very friendly and kind dentist we saw today. We are so glad we have joined this practice and now have regular appointments again. Absolutely 100% superb care and professionalism all round. Thanks so much
Absolutely outstanding dental practice. I am terrified and have seen 2 dentists within this practice and they were both top notch. Everyone from the reception staff to the dental assistant/nurse to the dentist really look after you and go up and beyond to make you feel comfortable. 100% recommend to anyone
Visited dentist and so happy I wasn't nervous explained what problems I had and very polite and professional set out a plan to get my teeth sorted unfortunately because of my disability and health has been difficult to get sorted but very happy today and looking forward to getting my teeth back to being healthy
Don't use this dentist if you need dentures absolute con was told several times to just get used to them which would have been ok if they fitted the gums even with glue. Cost nearly £300 to be put in a drawer. Asked for a second opinion who made some more for another £500 these fit fine so why couldn't she do this in the 1st place. I have just found out she has done the same to another patient for God's sake how can you expect them to fit if she doesn't accept the problem
