Very smooth process when collecting car staff are helpfull car fine no worries what so ever satisfied

Some people who work here don't know their business and then others are trying to cover it up. That costed me £107.50 for their incompetence. I feel that's very unfair.

Good service but must pick up and return during office hours only....very limiting for a one day car hire.

Received two PCN notices from Dartford Toll via Enterprise for a journey to Kent and back. In order for Enterprise to notify them of my details as the driver I had to pay £70!!! Considering my hire was only £120 this was a bit of a shock to the system. Enterprise refused to discuss the matter with me. Will be avoiding them in the future, which is a shame since the lady at this branch is helpful and the van was great. Beware the admin fees!
