Signed up for a beginner's programme. Has been very good, everyone is very nice and helpful. Will be continuing classes here.

Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience at all classes I have undertaken so far, I have tried Pure Yoga, Pure Pilates, Flow Yoga and Meditation. Have seen physical benefits and overall well being. The teaching by Paula and Beth is first class and I would recommend this studio and its classes to anyone.

Brand new studio recently opened in Cheshunt, providing a relaxed atmosphere with great ambience combined with exceptional tuition in all levels of Yoga, Flow Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. I have been attending classes for approximately 2 weeks and have already felt differences in my body especially a reduction in back pain and tight shoulders. I would thoroughly recommend Paula Gardiner and her team at The Space 2 be to anyone who wishes to begin or expand their own individual practise.
