Great little leisure centre, well equipped gym, swimming pool and toddlers pool, outdoor football pitches, soft play area where you can bring your own food and drink or enjoy food and beverages from the cafe.nStaff are friendly and welcoming. Disabled facilities and free parking.nHighly recommend and will be using regularly as usual.
As a member it is a decent gym and the egym a bonus. But there are far too often items of equipment or showers out of order. The showers are hit and miss. No swim suit spinner anymore, so we have to take home soaking wet costumes. And of course the sauna/steam area is now out of use for who knows how long for the refurb. We lost the jacuzzi and shower years ago.The stairs to the sauna ate also very dirty looking. It would be good to see those updated and the jacuzzi reinstated.
Been coming here on and off for over 15 years! I do teach here myself, but am a paying member and enjoy the classes! Very friendly and welcoming!
Very nice sports centre with a café with big windows to look out the park. Shame the café closes quite early. The sport hall is nice with a wooden floor and decent lighting. 6 badminton courts.
Great place with great potential but it's an absolute circus when it comes to the day to day running of it. To get a straight answer on anything is nigh on impossible. But the majority of the staff are friendly, the place is generally clean and it has good variety for what you want to do. Would have been 5 stars if not for the clown fest.
