I stopped by and tried the almond croissant—it was absolutely delicious! The pastry was perfectly flaky with just the right amount of almond filling. The flavor was rich without being too sweet, making it a great treat. The seating situation, however, is limited. There’s a small area outside, but it’s more suited for takeaway than sitting in. If you’re looking for a quick coffee and pastry to go, this spot is perfect. But if you’re after a place to sit and relax, you might want to plan for a takeaway instead. All in all, a tasty stop for on-the-go treats! Vegetarian options: Bagette, and croissants
Had really high hopes and particularly came all the way here to try out the pastries on a Monday morning - the bakery looks very French and authentic indeed however the almond croissant wasn’t fresh at all : the plain one was acceptable. Service was very good though.Food: 2/5
This place has easily become one of my top 10 bakeries in London! I got recommended by my friend to try this small French bakery just off King's Cross station a few years back and I was really happy I finally got the chance to try it! I am really glad that this isn't a place that's constantly being promoted over socials because otherwise there would have been a long queue given how out of the world their pastries are! I got the plain croissant, almond croissant, pain au chocolat and a pecan danish which was recommended by the staff member. The ship itself offers only limited seats so it's better to take them away. I tried my pastries when I got home after reheating them in the air fryer and OMG they were absolutely flaky and buttery! The plain and almond croissant were my faves and my least was the pecan danish as it wasn't very special yet it cost £5.55 which for me was quite pricey. It's definitely a hidden gem in central London and one I would like to gatekeep but they totally deserve a great review! Staff were all nice and friendly. I will be sure to come back regularly!
Amazing light croissants plain one with just the right level of savoury-ness that makes you want more. The maple pecan danish was also well balanced but pastry was a little dense. Would be nice if it was a bit more flaky : snail was quite sweet and bready.Food: 5/5
Best croissant in London : no shock to me this baker was a finalist on bake off! More importantly though I was met with great service and after a tough day at work, I left with a smile on my face.Food: 5/5
I rarely chance upon an almond croissant that warrants a solid 5 stars!! Flaky, well baked without a burnt almond taste. Abundance of almonds and good amount of paste, enhanced by a low amount of sugar! You can taste all the flavours ! I usually will only eat half of most almond croissant because they tend to be overdosed with sugar but not this one !
A pure croissant masterpiece. The flakiest croissant ever. The layers were so crispy. Perfect lamination. Friendly service. Another must try bakery in London.Food: 5/5
Visited this place because of the good reviews and ratings, they did not disappoint. We tried the pistachio & almond croissant and the chocolate eclair. All 3 items were a 10/10, highly recommend them as they’re made by the award winning chef, Ryan! Service was also amazing, thank you Sabeena for making our experience amazing : *this place is halal
Great little pastry shop. The cheese and ham croissant was wonderful, followed by the special almond and apple filling croissant.Food: 5/5
I had an amazing experience with all the team from the bakery, we were really happy to see our lovely wedding cake and canapés we ordered. Thank you all, especially Zain as he made sure everything was perfect from the day we ordered until the collectionFood: 4/5
