dealer reviews, utter rubbish. why allow reviews from an unverified customer ? the whole point of reviews is honest opinions of customers. if a customer is unverified the chances are they are not customers, but malicious remarks from malicious people, which in turn could damage a genuine traders business if anyone can leave feedback. so lets see how you like the one star feedback, at least im a customer of yours so my feedback is genuine. !

Was informed of large advertising price increase negotiated an acceptable package price of approx 211 per month and got one bill at that price then the next month price shot up to 350. Stay well clear poor website and terrible customer service.

reviews,reviews,reviews a waste of time if its not a verified review. you invite people to leave a review on what sort of experience they had with the motor dealer, this could be anything from a telephone call to an email, but surely this attracts non existing customers. ive had feedback left for cars ive never even had, and when i challenged this with autotrader, the response i received was, "we will not remove feedback just because its factually incorrect" surely this just defeats the whole point of feedback.

i agree with others, whats the point of reviews if anyone can write them without any verification. with google you need an account, with autotrader you only need a keyboard so you can slate your local competition ! come on auto trader that cannot be fair, or don't you care

i have been advertising with autotrader since the early 80,s the last 2-3 years have been terrible. as a dealer who pays on time , there service is nil..where is the loyality. very bad customer service. they are a total rip off. would I recommend autotrader ***no*** I had to give one star!!! its a big con!!!
