Had to get the facia on my C30 replaced after my dog ate, yes ATE, the facia in his ultimately unsuccessful efforts to get at some doggie treats in the glove compartment. He's on steroids so it wasn't really his fault. Anyway the boys did a great job and it looks as good as new! Very pleased with the work they did.Service: Body & Trim

Cannot fault this buisness, Excellent work customer service was as should be, drove in with my car they had a look and gave me a cost that simple. They were busy but kept me informed, if your a busy business you're clearly good at your profession. Called yesterday explaining I'd like full respray they advised me to call in. Drove there today, a 3 hour round trip only to be told by a unfriendly, stressed unprofessional man they couldn't take any new work on currently. Why didn't they explain that yesterday. Judging by the state of the yard and their off hand customer service, their inability to manage their workload looks like I dodged a bullet. Avoid at all costs.

I received awesome customer service at DH Autos last week! My new Porsche required a repair to the bonnet and I was recommended by the local Porsche Dealership to contact Davie Hamilton at DH Autos. Well, the attention and civility I was given by Davie and his wife, Leanne, was amazing - they could not have been more helpful and customer focused. The work carried out on my car was so professional - the bonnet is absolutely perfect and in showroom condition again. Clearly, this company have customer satisfaction at the heart of their business and I cannot sing their praises highly enough - a great example of 'going the extra mile for the customer'. Went in for a quote to get a dent skimmed and painted. The owner brought me into his office, despite quickly obtaining my personal details referred to me as ‘mate’ throughout. He then gave me a huge speal about how even though it was a shallow dent it has likely bent the side impact bar and weakened the door. Meaning that if it was ever hit again in the same place it would be much weaker. The chances of that door being hit and missing the other large pieces of metal on either side are very slim. And the difference between a weakened door and one with a straight side impact bar are not as great as he made out. A side impact bar is about the width of a broom handle, sure it helps strengthen the door but it really acts as a net that prevents the impact penetrating the interior too far it is unable to stop it completely. -It’s too thin for that. In reality it’s far easier to bolt on a new door at the customer’s expense than skim and paint the old one. I made him aware that I wasn’t wanting to spend a disproportionate amount of money on a small dent. This angered the manager who then asked for his business card back and basically told me to get out. Laughable customer service.

Wasted my time waiting more than two weeks for them to quote my job. They never turned up, never even bothered to reply or update after agreeing to do so. Poor performance in regard to customer service.

Superb body shop, quality of work is ace. Staff very helpful and very genuine. Davie and Tam know their stuff and will explain what can or can't be done. The DH Autosprayers fleet is impressive and shows how talented these guys are! Often a number of classic cars in for TLC which shows how highly regarded these guys are.

Great team of guys headed up by Davie, always helpful..nothing's too much trouble. This company will always be my bodyshop of choice and the name o pass on to everyone who asks. Great job guys!
