Steins garage

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Steins Garage. I never felt patronised or like they were trying to rip me off (despite the fact I know nothing about cars) and communication was excellent - they made sure to ring me every step of the way to let me know what was happening and how that would affect the price etc. What initially seemed like quite a big and expensive job turned out to require much less work than expected, and they immediately rang me to let me know that it had been dealt with more quickly and cheaply than anticipated. I was really impressed with the quick turnaround, friendly service and top notch communication skills, and will definitely come back in future for any other work.

Took my car in for an MOT. Service was very fast. For the first time in my life did not feel like I was gonna be ripped off. Staff were very friendly. No nonsense service. Car needed no work. I mean that says it all. Could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Steins 😁

I have been going to Stein's for 7 years now and have only ever had the best service; it's never been bettered in my 20 years of car ownership. They take the time to explain problems, options and costs and I have never felt in the least bit patronised, despite my lack of car knowledge. I am always left with the sense that Craig and his team do actually care about my motoring experience and and take pride in doing a good job for a very good price.

Great garage, Craig is really approachable and straight with you, sending pictures of issues and explaining the exact problem to be fixed. Amazing service at a great price right in the centre of Leith.

The best experience ever. Excellent service and prices. Very friendly and fast, they really took the time to explain things. I am very pleased with the service. I would recommend Steins garage to anyone.
