AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not go in here unless you are looking forward to the rude older man who does not seem to have a grasp of his own inventory.
Though there is a ramp on the outside, the inside is not disabled friendly. I asked for help and was sharply informed that " its up to you." Needless to say I left and took my business elsewhere.
The aisles are over-filled with items on the floor and hanging precariously from the shelves. The ppl behind the counter were allegedly concerned that something may fall on me.
I only gave them one star because I was not able to choose a negative number of stars. Absolutely appalling service!! 

The older man should just leave if he cannot bother to be courteous to customers or be up-to-date on his inventory. The woman and younger man were slightly better even though they were still not particularly helpful. 

Merficully Dudley road has several similar shops within walking distance. These shops have friendly staff too. Take your business anywhere but here.

Love this place.  Been coming here for years and the owners and their family have always made me feel welcome.  Good selection of food and drink and better prices than other places.  Well worth a visit.

Won't be going there again. Twice they had short changed me, please make sure you check your change before leaving. Also the staff behind the tills are unwelcoming they come across rude and sharp, that's my perception.
