Great selection of Slimming world meals 4 freezers in this iceland. Greggs have 2 freezers, TGI Fridays have a great selection, Chicago Pizzas have a freezer, there is a freezer for BBQ food, party food there are great deals on fizzy pop, monster cans and other great produce, there is a large selection of frozen cakes and icecream. Today the store was quiet and clean, the staff were helpful. They do deliver and have usually got a lot of slots on the same day. There are a lot of trollys in store and baskets. There is usually only two checkouts on. There fresh produce isn't the best I usually go somewhere else for my fruit and veg as they are usually bruised.
Shop well managed, easy to find what you want and staff who served me was kind, nice shop situated in the centre. Easy access for wheelchairs and prams no steps, quite easy to get around the aisles too.
I regularly shop here, they stock a few of my favourite foods and I find it easy to move around the store. Staff have been very helpful and I have always been treated with courtesy. I've never had any issues with them and long may it continue.
Lady on the till was rude so was a man who works there! Me and my mum didn't know we have to pack our bags ourself the workers looked at each other and made a face! Lady said "there's 2 of them". Fix your attitude Lady! Pulling faces instead of telling us in the first place won't get you far in life! Don't know how is Iceland allowing that rude black lady and white chap work there! GET BETTER EMPLOYERS
Have shopped here since it opened many years now . Lovely staff, so friendly and welcoming.
Have had numerous deliveries, no problems until today. on the till wanted my bonus card for delivery purposes. I've never had one, she said how did they know where to deliver to. Duhhh, you type the address in ,lame brain. I left £75 worth of stuff at the till because of that . As for the manageress. She needs a personality transplant. More go in a dead crab than her.
Unhelpful staff. There were really long que's and only two people on tills. A lady behind me asked staff if they could open another till and was told to go to Tesco. What an attitude the guy on the till had? In a time when everyone is carefully choosing where they shop and they treat customers like that? Retrain your staff Iceland
I was given a time slot between 9 and 11 I'm still waiting i will not be using home delivery agen.
Grovery store with wide range of products across different brands. They also have a frozen section.
Handy town centre shop with some useful special offers. They give 10% off on Tuesday which is helpful.
