Tesco is the worst supermarket the U.K The staff with the internet trolleys are very ignorant, but saying that so are the rest of the staff. The prices aren't the cheapest, some prices are more dear than Waitrose and the food isn't the best quality. I do not recommend.

Ordered a hair straightener for a present via the click and collect service online. Came to collect the order with my order number and ID and got given the product, no issue at all. However *no receipt was given to me*. However, the gentleman at the click and collect stand told me that I’d have to go to the customer services to remove the security tag. So I did, and was told by the lady she couldn’t as I didn’t have a receipt (I wasn’t given one). Then had to follow the lady back to the C&C. I then stood for 5 minutes whilst the two colleagues argued over no receipt being given and tags on the product. I work in retail myself, and fully understand that miscommunications happen once in a while. However standing watching two colleagues argueing in front of a customer is disgraceful. I won’t be ordering from Dudley’s C&C again I’m afraid.

Disgusted at being told to queue for access to the discounted salad & veg. I had a trolley full, but the people churning through the discounts had no shopping, & had obviously gone just for the reductions. Seeing how they were treating the produce, I wouldn't have it if it was free. I was told the queue was for health & safety reasons. It's disgraceful. I regularly spend £70 - 100 in there, but no more. I will use Aldi.

Visited today 26/10/17. Refurbished cafe looks much better than it was. Nice fruit scones which both my wife and I enjoyed with a tea and a decaffeinated coffee. Prices in the store are reasonable and competitive. I think that they have less technology on show and for sale than previously. The one really good thing about this super store is that there is plenty of good free car parking spaces.
