Trying to get an appointment on the day you are I'll is virtually impossible. Prescriptions, hospital letters or messages get lost or misplaced regularly. Reception staff can be rude, impatient and appear disorganised. For the short time before my mother sadly passed away, that she was registered here, was at best frustrating and a constant sources of worry and felt very let down and ignored. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone!

Iv been trying to get an appointment since 8 this morning and have been on hold for 4hours without talking to anyone this is not acceptable as I need to see a doctor as well as getting my blood results back and still not getting an answer!! Awful service I will be changing doctors
