Little harwood health centre is the place where you can have access to local doctors & community nurse. Very easily accessible & on the main road. Staff are very good & always helpful with medical problems. There are doctors who speak other languages too if english is not your first language. Only problem is getting through on the phones in morning for appointments & being in the long phone que. Enjoy the music on phone when waiting in line. Also now they have a digital gp app for making online appointments so thats another way to make or cancel your appointments online on the app. You have to download the app to your mobile & then you have access to services
Dr Naveen Reddy... That's who my wife went to see today who seemed more concerned about getting her out of the door than to give her the right course of medication. Wife had an appointment last week but the infection didn't clear so she went back in only to be treated like just a number to tick off. Absolute shambles. Most of out visits have been fine but you will get the odd occasion when you end up with a Doctor who simply has no concern about his patients.
Very difficult to get repeat medication. My partner is very Poorly and forced to order her repeat medication herself weekly! For no reason! The pharmacy can’t order for you..So every week I have to argue n fight reception staff to re order them to find out why it’s not gone to the chemist when it’s supposed too. They have the poor chemist up the wall every week! Never mind me who has to travel from work to get it every week and every week there’s issues..Oh n good luck trying to get an appointment it’s pot luck who gets through at 8am. Currently looking to get a new gp practice so she’s treated like a human being. I get a better service for my pet dog at the vets
Hard to get through at 8am but return call service is perfect. Staff and doctors very thorough. 5 stars from me!

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this GP. I've struggled with a severe dandruff problem for over 10 years, and rather than receiving professional medical advice, I was casually told to use "Head and Shoulders" shampoo. Even after emphasizing the gravity of my situation, I was met with indifference and no actionable solutions. This level of carelessness is unacceptable from a medical professional. I strongly advise against registering with this GP; seek out a more attentive and knowledgeable practitioner elsewhere.
Never know such disorganisation. Appointment 1, waited 40 minutes to then be told the nurse wasn’t actually in that day, I’ll have to reschedule. Appointment 2, the receptionist had booked me in for the wrong type of appointment, I’ll have to go back as they don’t have the right kit. Appointment 3, pending.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST health clinic,with the most horrendous staff, that think they are God's gift to the world. The doctors are awful. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath they all took? Or did they not take it? Seems they did not, They are shameful. They constantly delay in sending out Rx's, they half your dose which makes you worse, they just pass you off and don't even bother to investigate the real issues, and good luck trying to set an appointment for a date in the future! Most ridiculous manner of setting appointments I have ever heard of. This is how people DIE folks!!! The staff need to either get with the program or leave and find another job where they can be rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and mean and still get paid for it! Good luck finding one of them, but they seem to get away with it at this clinic. Too many people in this world want to get paid and not do the work. This clinic is FULL of those types of people! FULL! Shameful. Really shameful! I will be reporting the issues further and this clinic will be investigated.
Just rang the staff voice did not raised . Told them that the doctor asked me to book appointment. That time they refused saying first they need blood test. Now the blood test was done. She was asking me personally question and suggested to go to pharmacist to get blood pressure thing. Refused to give any appointments as the reception thinks she is a doctor and is giving advice not to go to them . As it's not urgent. And when it's urgent they say go to a n e. Wants to get paid to do nothing .
Only giving this a high rating because, though I have had bad experiences, I had a lovely appointment with Dr. Lauren Berry who was so sympathetic and kind towards my troubles, she even offered to follow up a referral and bought in another lovely doctor for a second opinion. They both gave great advice and that appointment was 100% helpful and informative.
