Great beer and fab atmosphere. It's a bit of hidden gem even at it's busiest, it's not rammed. Food here is also really good. Can usually get a seat here.
Would have been more stars but 1. No Martini. Wife's In a bad mood. 2. Candle holder but no candle. Promised the ball n chain a romantic night and can't blag that with no candle lit. + point for the plastic flower although I didn't steal it.
Always a decent atmosphere and great selection of beers. But they were unwilling to mix us a white russian as they said they did not 'do cocktails'. Otherwise all good although it can be a little pricey for some drinks.

NIce pub with a wide variety of beers available. Good atmosphere inside. Drinks are quite expensive but probably on par with other city centre pubs. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on food.
Alright place, ginger manager there was pretty unwelcoming and seemed a bit miffed with life. Prices are ridiculous, even for a city bar.. Some colleagues ordered food, chicken burger seemed more like a quail sized breast for 12 quid.
Great food and 50% off on a Monday? Bargain! Also who doesn't love a 2 pint Stein??
Really nice venue with strong customer service. The food is very poor and worth avoiding but if you are looking for a good place to meet and chat, then this fits the bill.
Not much of an atmosphere, and the drinks are just whatever beers and shorts are fashionable at the moment. Expensive.
Good range and ambitious bit pricey £5 a pint
